It was founded in 2008 to create awareness\, address the challenges that face the property development and construction industry and to be the collective voice of the industry in the Western Cape. We focus on the full production line of private and public property projects and associated infrastructure provision. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe theme of the WCPFD Conference 2025 is: \nRECALIBRATING the development conversation\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe national elections in June 2024 saw South Africa become a Government of National Unity (GNU). Conversations across the country now need to RECALIBRATE\, and the WCPDF conference will interrogate how these are progressing across the Western Cape Property Development and Construction landscape. \nWho are the new voices in this discussion and who still has a seat at the table of economic development in our industry? How do relationships between the Private and Public sector need to change? The bottom line is it can no longer be business as usual. \n\n\n\n\n  \n  \n\n\n  \n  \n  \n
